Can We Meet with You Before the Wedding?
Absolutely! We love meeting our clients before the big day. It gives us a chance to get to know each other, review products, and ensure we create a smooth and efficient timeline for your special day.
We Have Busy Schedules and Can't Meet in Person. What Are Our Options?
No problem! We can "meet" via Zoom to answer any questions without the need to leave your home. We're also happy to discuss details over email or phone, whichever works best for you.
Do I Need One or Two Photographers?
A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and with so many special moments to capture, it's important to consider the size and scope of your day. If you have more than 50 guests, we highly recommend hiring two photographers. This ensures a wider range of coverage, with photographers capturing moments from different angles and perspectives. With two photographers, you increase the chance of capturing every priceless moment and all the emotions of your big day.
How Does Your Pricing Work?

How Many Photos Do You Take at a Wedding?
We ensure that every moment of your event is thoroughly documented. The number of photos varies depending on the time and events of the day. We don’t limit the number of photos - our goal is to capture each moment as it happens. On average, you can expect around 100+ images per hour.
What Cameras Do You Use?

Do You Shoot in JPEG or RAW?
We shoot all of our photos in RAW format to ensure the highest quality possible.
Can We Get the Digital Files?
Absolutely! We provide high-resolution digital files with printing rights for personal use. While you can print and share your photos, Vadym Vasylenko Photography retains the copyright for promotional, competitive, and professional purposes.
Do You Edit All the Photos?
Every image you receive undergoes meticulous hand-editing. This process includes color correction, exposure adjustments, selective black-and-white processing, tone mapping, and artistic retouching of the finest images. We offer various levels of post-production, from basic color correction to more extensive custom editing. Rest assured, all photos provided to our clients are color-corrected, and every image intended for albums is custom-edited to perfection.
What Is the “Online Gallery”?
The online gallery is a private, password-protected section of our website where all your wedding photos will be available for viewing. You can easily share access with family and friends, and they can also order prints, cards, and albums directly through the gallery.
How Do You Handle Dark Venues?
We have extensive experience shooting in dark chapels and reception halls. If necessary, we’ll set up additional lighting to ensure bright, crisp images. Our gear is designed to adapt to any lighting situation.
When Will We Receive Our Photos?
Editing and uploading your wedding photos to cloud storage takes approximately 4 weeks. During peak wedding season, this timeframe may extend slightly.
Do You Have Liability Insurance?
Yes, we carry liability insurance, which is often a requirement at many venues.
